I have been catching audiences since before I could explain how — and I have spent a lifetime refining that instinct into something I can now give to others.

For 22 years the face of RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg — starting at age 11, anchoring news, hosting shows, presenting live events. Master of Ceremonies at the Olympic Games of the Small States of Europe, Ironman 70.3, Philharmonie Luxembourg and major corporate events. Member of the European Parliament 2019–2024, where I chaired sessions, spoke in plenary and represented Luxembourg on the international stage. Speaker at the FRA Forum Vienna, Reykjavik Global Forum and UN pre-Summit Geneva. Featured on CNN, BBC and Euronews.

Through all of it, I learned something no course teaches: how to hold a room not by being louder — but by being fully, authentically present. That is what I now teach through SHINE Stage Confidence®.
